Korean Air Stewardess Uniform Fashion

Korean Air Lines or Korean Air is the largest airline of South Korea, which serves over than 130 cities in 45 countries.

Korean Air had designed new uniforms for their stewardess and attendants. The new uniform signifies the first uniform change for Korean Air since cabin attendants selected the current design in 1991. The traditional skirt uniform will now be augmented with a dress pant option for female attendants.

Korean Air’s new outfits have been created by Italian designer GianFranco Ferre, who is recognized worldwide for blending east and west aesthetics with traditional and modern concepts.

Korean Air is one of a handful of airlines to heighten its fashion image with the help of couturiers. Richard Tyler designed Delta’s new look, Christian LaCroix has designed for Air France, Yoshie Inaba created new uniforms for JAL and British Airways retained Julian MacDonald to spruce up its style.

This is the first time Ferre has designed an airline uniform and he’s come up with clothing that he says “guarantees performance, comfort and practicality, and is simple, uncomplicated and informal. This can only be accomplished by paying absolute close attention to such fundamental matters as line and construction.”

“Uniform designs are an integral part of the corporate image,” said Ferre. “They must capture the airline’s identity; express its values on the spot. The characteristics of the new uniforms have no trouble keying into the quiet elegance that has always distinguished Korean Air.”

This new uniform looks more nice, clean, and professional. However, the girl Stewardess will be more beautiful and sweet with the uniform.

Korean Romantic Drama Winter Sonata Chuncheon

Korean Drama is well known for its romantic and touchingheart story. Besides the story, one thing that make Korean Drama become so popular is the romantic scene.

One of the most romantic scene that ever found in Korean Drama is Winter Sonata with the winter scene. The city is Chuncheon, now become korean favourite tourist scene.

Chuncheon (Chuncheon-si 춘천시) is the capital of Gangwon Province, South Korea. The city lies in the northeast of the country, located in a basin formed by the Soyang River and Han River. There are some large lakes around the city, most notably Lake Soyang and Lake Uiam. The area is renowned for its small river islands, such as Sangjungdo, Ha-Jungdo, Bungeo Island, or Wido.

The city is now a popular destination for East Asian tourists as it was featured in the popular Korean drama serial, Winter Sonata.

Winter Sonata is a romantic and popular korean drama series starring Bae Wong Joon and Choi Ji Woo.

This is the Myeongdong street in Chuncheon. However it was not as happening as the Myeongdong in Seoul. But it was famous for being the filming sight of “Winter Sonata”. As I did not watch the Korean drama, I was told by my friend that Chuncheon Myeongdong was the place where the lead actor and actress were supposed to meet. Unfortunately, the actor met with an accident on the way and was not able to turn out for the appointment. I guess that was the point when the sad story started.

The two palm prints belong to the lead actor and actress of Winter Sonata. Chuncheon Myeongdong is located at the heart of Chuncheon city and it is just beside the City Hall of Chuncheon. We arrived at the place after taking a 10 minutes taxi ride from Namchuncheon station.
